We specialise in both pre and post partum well being, keeping first time mothers and those having their second, third or more strong, energized, supple and keeping the deep core muscles strong throughout all stages of pregnancy. 

Pregnancy is a time where the female body undergoes huge physical, hormonal and emotional changes. Exercise has been proven to benefit both mother and baby and can help aid in a comfortable birth. 

Post partum exercise is important to regain the strength in the pelvic floor, deep abdominal musculature and strength of the spine which can be weakened during pregnancy.

Our team will personalize exercises to suit each trimester and any issues that may arise.
