"I decided to start personal training eight months after the birth of my child as I was suffering from backache etc from carrying her around and knew I had to find a way to build up strength or I would be a physical wreck! After three years with Zibi as my personal trainer, training twice to 3 times a week, I am stronger than I have ever been, stronger and healthier. During our training sessions, Zibi would explain everything to me; why we are working that particular group of muscles and what the result would be. These sessions have been educational and motivational as well as challenging....(Zibi's motto 'Pain is my friend' is now mine too!)
