Pregnancy well being

A to Z Fitness specialize in both pre and post natal well being, from first time mothers right through to mothers having their second, third or fourth child. Exercise during pregnancy has been scientifically proven to limit weight gain, ease any back problems that might occur, strengthen pelvic floor muscles, and improve energy levels, also helping with easier and more comfortable birth – total well being during pregnancy is imperative to both mother and baby. Our team of highly qualified personal trainers will personalize training for each trimester.

Post natal well being is fantastic to ease the body back into an exercise regime, to also strengthen up the postural muscles and regain the strength in the core, concentrating on the pelvic floor muscles.

Pre-pregnancy well being is offered on a one-to-one basis, or in small groups – please contact us for full details and information. Post natal well being is tailored more on a one-to-one basis due to the different needs and requirements depending on the types of birth a client may have.
