AtoZFitness' Holistic Nutritional & Lifestyle Coaching Program uses proven principles to build a strong foundation of health. Our approach does not use ‘quick fixes’ we consider the body as a system of systems and look in detail at the underlying causes of stress on the body as a whole. Through this program of nutrition and lifestyle management, you can improve vitality, increase energy levels and gain insight into the different health cycles such as physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

 

Most chronic diseases take years to develop, but a healthy lifestyle can go a long way toward prevention.

 

With todays fast paced, convenient lifestyles we are exposed to many different forms of ailments and symptoms of dysfunction within the body such as:

  • Abdominal bloating
  • Bad breath and body odour
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  • Diarrhoea and/or constipation
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Skin Problems
  • Food cravings and intolerances
  • High cholesterol levels
  • Parasites and fungal infections

Our new Nutritional and Lifestyle coaching program will help you to learn:

  • How sleep, stress, nutrition, digestion and exercise are all correlated
  • Identify problem issues and roadblocks and how to address them

Through our detailed and structured consultation, questionnaire’s and assessments, we tailor make individual coaching plans for you to learn how to make better choices for a healthier and happier lifestyle.

The coaching program lasts 3 months and consists of a 90- minute consultation, followed by 5 half hour sessions.
